Equine Assisted Learning
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an experiential approach to personal development where individuals engage in activities with horses under the guidance of trained facilitators. Unlike traditional therapy, EAL focuses on building life skills such as communication, problem-solving, leadership, and self-awareness. Horses, with their keen sensitivity and honest responses, provide immediate feedback that helps participants reflect on their behaviors and emotions. Through interactive exercises—such as leading, grooming, or navigating obstacle courses—clients gain insights and confidence that translate to everyday life, making EAL a dynamic addition to our suite of healing services.
